Polycarbonate

HOPELEX Polycarbonate is a high-performance engineering plastic offering excellent transparency, UV resistance, low moisture absorption and superior mechanical properties. Suitable for injection molding and extrusion. FDA, RoHS and UL certified.

Polycarbonate is a significant engineering plastic that is transparent, corrosion-resistant, self-extinguishing upon ignition, exhibits minimal dimensional changes with time and heat, has very low moisture absorption, and possesses excellent mechanical properties. Its molecular chain weight can be engineered during polymerization to achieve varying fluidity (MFR or MFI). PC fluidity ranges from 3 to 80 g/10 minutes. Polycarbonate exhibits superior UV resistance, a property further enhanced by the addition of UV stabilizers. It is suitable for both injection molding and extrusion. Lotte Chemical's trademark for polycarbonate is HOPELEX. As the Turkish distributor, we regularly stock HOPELEX brand polycarbonate in fluidity values of 10, 15, and 22, with UV additives and impact resistance. Our product holds FDA (Food Grade), RoHS, and UL (Underwriters Laboratory) certifications.
